Hallo;)

It was a long week, which was quite a lot of fun.Just because Sini from Finland was with me and we all have done many things.

I could not pack all the photos in this entry, because that somehow did not load. I will add the remaining photos in the next blog entry. Sorry :(

Now a summary of the week:

On Sunday, 07.05.17, we took the Finns at noon at the main station in lübeck and drove home.
Sini and I went to the asparagus celebration in Groß Grönau and we had much fun there. The food was delicious and we could pet animals.
At home we have grilled and talked all the time.
Because we were all tired, we went to bed earlier than usual.

--------------------

On the following day, Monday, 08.05.17, we went to school and have guided all the guests. Then we got a healthy breakfast in the mensa and the students from germany introduced their projects, which they had prepared.
After that, we made a self-made urban rally through all over Lübeck. We had 16 stations and almost as many questions at the stations. In one group were 6 students.
The goal was to take a funny picture at every station.

Here, for example, the task was that we should be bigger than the church tower:

And we had the task to stand around the 3D map of lübeck:

After the rally we went back to school to have lunch. We had to hurry because it started raining ;3.
In the afternoon we went shopping in small groups in Travemünde. When we got tired, we went to a cafe.

As actually on every day, we went early to bed, because we were very tired.

--------------------

On Tuesday, 09.05.17, all the exchange students were for the first four hours at Brüggen, a large company, which produces among other things muesli and muesli bars.
All the Germans had lessons at this time.
Afterwards we all had lunch in the mensa.
Then we went in groups to the city park and were shopping. We liked it all. We came back in the evening.

--------------------

On Wednesday, 10.05.17, all exchange students spent three hours of our lessons. In the last hour, while we were still teaching, the Poles and Finns have gone to Niederegger.
Then we went through the Breite Straße to the bus. We drove to Euroimmun, to a cooking workshop.

We cooked with meat and alex, the local cheeses, an appetizer, spaghetti, a main dish, asparagus with meat and sweet potato balls, and a dessert, pudding.

The cooking workshop ended at 8.30 pm, and we all were extremly tired. But the day was a lot of fun.

--------------------

On the next day, Thursday, 11.05.17, we met at 8.16 on the sand road and went by bus to krummesse, still wandering 3.5 km and reached the bio farm rothenhausen.
The farm is managed by several families and is relatively small. But the quality of the products they produce, harvest and refined is much greater than with ordinary farmers.
First the court was shown to us, with the stall, the bakery, the cheese factory and the field.
After that we made ourselves butter, with a glass, which we had to shake.
As last we did a picnic. The food and drink we got from the farm. It was all self-made things. That was pretty cool and yummi ;3
After that, we were shopping (again ;) ) in the LUV center. Its not as big as the City Park, but I think, we had a lot of fun.

--------------------

On Friday, the 12.05.17, all exchange students were again two hours with us in the classroom.
Then we prepared for the presentations, in three mixed groups. The themes were Brüggen, the cooking shop and Rothenhausen.
While the Germans made the last preparations, the Finnish and Polish were in the Hansemuseum.
At 3 pm we went to the families home. Lisa Fechner, Caroliina, Sini, Maya and I went to Lisa Fritz home. We ate spaghetti and then went back to school.
Then at 6 pm, all families came for the final event.
The presentations that we had previously prepared were held in three different rooms.
There was a buffet and the winners of the rally on monday were decided.

--------------------

On the last day, Saturday, 13.05.17, we took the morning to the train station. They drove very early, because they wanted to look at hamburg and wanted to spend a day there.
The farewell was very difficult and we all miss our exchange partners.
The poles did not leave until sunday.

----------------------------------------------------------

All in all, the week was really nice and we learned a lot.
I would get the chance, I would do it again and again. :)

See you later,
Josi
