Challenge week!
Day 7
This is the last day and I'm very dissapointed that I couldn't do much cause I got sick :/ I will probably try out this again and hope that I won't get sick again :)
Days 4, 5
So my challenge was kind of ruined cause I got sick. Sure I still tried to eat healthy but I just couldn't work out and I wasn't able to cook anything healthy :(. For sunday I made some more fillings for tortillas and ate those for the whole day I just love tortillas <3. For Monday we had some good old grilled beef and potatoes and also I made a salad.
Day 3
It's saturday night and today I think I ate as planned. For breakfast I got some rye bread with cheese, cucumber and tomatoes. For lunch I did some salad. And for our family dinner we made tortillas. For fillings we had cucumber, tomatoes, corn, minced meat and onions. I put all those in my tortilla. I ate two tortillas and both were filled as full as I could. Few hours after that I did my work out. This day was great!

Days 1&2
So I started this challenge in pretty good mood and I'm exited to see the results of this week. I ate lots of more vegetables in these two days in school than regurlarly. I also did some little home work outs (just some push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups and squats. I did those Thursday night (the day I started this challenge) and then in the Friday morning. I felt good when I started my day by doing a little work out. At home I didn't eat so healthy, but I still ate some cucumber and tomatoes.
Week with a lot of vegetables!
I don't usually eat that much vegetables and this week I'm going to change that. I also will work out every day. But the main point is healthier eating. I hope I can continue this even after the week.
