St. George And The Dragon was painted by Paolo Uccello in c. 1470. The painting tells the end of the well-known story with the same name. (The story is linked below.) This painting is in the National Gallery in London (obviously). There is also a less "intense" painting by Uccello with the same subject, which is in the Musée Jacquemart-André in Paris. In the scene, the princess is dragging the dragon towards the town with her belt around its neck and St. George is spearing it.
