Buildings and Figures near a River with Shipping painting was painted by Michele Marieschi. The painting was painted in 1735-43. Michele got inspiration to paint this from his surroundings around his home town Venice. The painting pictures nicely what it looked like close to venice in mid 1730s.

I chose the painting because it looked very interesting and well made but didn´t consider that I would have to make a meme out of it.
