Challenge week!
My challenge is drinking lot of water. I´m really bad at drinking enough water. Water is really important of your skin,digestion.. It is really important of your whole body!
I tried to remember to drink enough. There is sunny and warm in Finland, so drinking enough water is more important now. I do lot of sports in a day, so it is really important to remember to drink lot of water.
Sometimes it is really hard to drink enough, because I have to focus on many things at the same time. When I have water bottle with me, I automatically drink it. It helps really to remember to drink. I have started to drink more and I really think that is worth it.
