Challenge Week

27.4.2017

For this challenge week I decided to start eating breakfast every day. Usually I don't have time to eat at mornings even though it's the most important meal of the day. I will try to wake up earlier so I have time to eat a healthy breakfast. I will start tomorrow.

Day 1 (28.4.2017)


The first day was a success.
This was my breakfast today; rye bread with cheese, ham and cucumber and a cup of tea. It's very hard for me to eat in the mornings because I'm not hungry at all. Hopefully it will get easier through the week.

Day 2 (29.4.2017)


Day 2, here is it: tea and bread with cheese, ham and cucumber. Almost same as yesterday but it's still better than nothing. I'm not really sure what i could make for breakfast, but let's hope that I figure out something else than bread with same stuff on top every day.

Day 3 (30.4.2017)


Today i ate bread and cereals (that aren't so healthy) and drank milk. It's still hard to eat but a lot easier now after few days. I wish I could eat some fruits for breakfast but we don't have any :(

Day 4 (1.5.2017)


Today I ate strawberry yogurt with some cereals and drank milk. Only 3 days left of this challenge and I'm pretty proud of myself.

Day 5 (2.5.2017)


Today I was a little bit sick so I stayed home and didn't have much energy to make anything for breakfast so I just ate some cereals. I also drank a cup of tea but forgot to take it in to the picture.

Day 6 (3.5.2017)


I'm still sick so I just made myself a cup of tea and took some grapes. Tomorrow is the last day of this challenge! I have noticed that it's a lot easier for me to eat in the morning after I've done it for a while.

Day 7 (4.5.207)


The last day! I ate bread with all my basic stuff on top and drank hot cocoa. I usually don't care about hot cocoa but today I decided to make some.
This challenge week was fun and I will try to keep eating breakfast in the mornings because it gives me so much energy.
I am proud of myself because I ate breakfast every morning. Some days my breakfast was a little less healthy but it's still something.
