So far going on a language course in Barcelona hasn't really felt too real. Talking or writing about it has felt more like discussing an interesting film that you've seen or an exciting dream that you've had. It has seemed more like something that happens to other people, never you.

Today, however, I decided to contact my future hostess in Barcelona. We had a nice little chat on Whatsapp and that, of course, changed the situation. Now there seems to be a real person there who is ready to lodge me for a week and who is welcoming me. How good it feels!
