It is very popular in many countries to rank schools according to results. The media is very interested in ranking the schools, and parents, naturally, are interested to find out how schools perform. The lectures addresses this questions using different countries as examples. Likewise, we’ll learn how boys and girls differ – or are similar v- on their results. At the end of the lecture, we also get to know what kind of students in Finland are at risk, and what needs to be done in that respect.
