The new Saari primary school opened its doors for pupils in 2013. It is situated in a beautiful landscape in Northern Mäntsälä some 70 kilometres from Helsinki.

There are about 100 pupils, eight teachers and two school assistants in our school. We have 6 classes (1,2,3,4, 5 and 6) and a preschool class. During the school year we have many different events and happenings such as Christmas and spring festivals. There are also different sports events such as ice hockey, football, track and field tournaments.

We like to build bridges across Europe. Each school term we have an eTwinning project with another European school (or schools).
