This lecture is especially for applying situational leadership model to teams. Pay special attention to the different roles that can be found in teams in relation to readiness. During the lecture you may also think back on your own experiences and reflect on the situations you have experienced. After the lecture you may write down some of your own reflections and ideas in team development in your own organization.
