EDLS210 Leadership in Education

From the history to the future

The course EDLS 210 consists of eight different learning sessions. A session usually covers a focused topic of the courses main theme as determined by the lecturer. The sessions are different: some emphasize lectures, and readings, some other might be a recording on student discussions for you to reflect on.

The course consists of lectures, readings, self-reflection, group discussions, and assignments.

Students are required

  • to write on an individual basis assignments or reaction papers to issues concerning the core areas of the course, and a position paper addressing one’s own role as an educational leader, and
  • to conduct a virtual group discussion among assigned class members (a group of 5-6 members) the report on which is posted on an e-learning platform for group
