Lecture 3 Different approaches for leadership behaviour
This lecture covers four approaches to understand leadership:; trait approach, contingency approach, situational approach, and constitutive approach. After getting familiar with them, important research findings from Ohio State Studeis and University of Michigan Studies are presented. These studies form a base for the Situational Leadership model, which will be presented in Lecture 4.
