Session 4 is about understanding and developing leadership behavior. It deals with the rationale of getting feedback on one’s leadership behavior as means to improve it. We also get to know several important models concerning leader behaviour.

Session 1 consists of two lectures, PowerPoint slides related to them, and readings. There is no special assignment in this session.
