Lecture 3 'New' ideas in career development

Lecture three is a continuation on the topic of individual careers. Professor Lämsä explains some important theories and frameworks in order to deepen our understanding on careers. She explains in detail E. D. Super’s (1957) developmental Life-Span, Life-Space Theory of careers and then expands the discussion to the five stage model of careers developed by Super.
