During the last few years gender has raised to an important topic in leadership research in two aspects. First, it is the questions of gender in leading and managing. Second, it is about leadership research made by female researchers. In this session professor Lämsä addresses both of these important topics. She challenges students with two pictures to think about different approaches to leadership: you may also form your own opinion about them. She also highlights some of the most important female researchers in leadership and management.
