This session begins with professor Lämsä’s summation and feedback on the students’ presentations you listened in session two. Then she explains Dave Ulrich’s important notion about Human Recourse Management (HRM) in relation to leadership practices. She also stresses the importance of accurate information, “good leadership” and ethics.
