We all know that leadership is manifold and can take many forms. Out of all varieties of leadership we often look for the ‘good’ leadership. While doing that, we need to define what we mean with good. In this lecture professor Lämsä relates good leadership to ethics and ethical behavior. She also stresses the importance of trust in all leadership work.
