Lecture 2 Leadership in relation to human relation management (HRM)

In the next lecture professor Lämsä talks about Human Recourse Management (HRM) in relation to leadership practices. She refers to Dave Ulrich’s framework on HRM. (Ulrich, D. 1997. Human Resource Champions). She emphasizes the different roles of HRM and stresses their applicability to all leaders in various tasks and positions. At the end of the lecture she also stresses the practical applications of the model, and you are encouraged to make some commentary to your own reflective report on your own point of view and your role as a leader.
