In this orientation lecture for session 6 the lecturer reminds us the contextual nature of defining special education. He uses as an example Ethiopia compared to Finland; the notions and definition of special education might be different. Therefore, he emphasizes, it is very important the we clearly define what we mean with special education and inclusion in each case.
