The lecture begins with differentiating SEN from SNE. The first, SEN, meaning Special Education Needs, deals with an individual’s need in school. SNE, on the other hand, deals with the system’s level discussion of special education. In this lecture, pay special attention to the questions students have, and to the aswer given by the lecturer.
