Assignment before the lecture: Read from Northouse (2010) chapter 5: Situational approach. Note that the SLII model presented in the book differs slightly in follower readiness descriptions from the original SL model by Hershey and Blanchard which is presented in the lecture.

Assignment after the lecture:
- Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. The reflective report for session 3 will be submitted after lecture 7.
