Assignment after the lecture:

- Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. The reflective report for session 3 will be submitted after lecture 7.
- Discussion. Think about some characteristics, skills or traits of a good leader in educational context. What are they? Can they be taught and how? Place your writing in the discussion board. Remember to comment at least 1 other writing in the discussion board. While having this discussion you can proceed with other lectures in the program.
