Lecture 1 Searching for THE formula for the best leadership behaviour

Lecture 1 in session 3 introduces some important research findings and theories in the search for the formula for ideal leadership. The lecture covers trait, contingency and situational approaches in leadership behaviour.

Assignment after the lecture:

1. Reflective report. Write your learning experiences into your personal reflective report. Reflect especially on the three approaches presented in the lecture. Think about your own country, culture and context today. Are any of the three approaches on presented in the lecture more prevalent than others? What is your idea on the matter? The reflective report for session 3 will be submitted after lecture 7.
