Lecture 3 Components of intellectual capital

The topic of Lecture 3 is intellectual capital. This is highly important to all educational organization, be they do not possess such monetary capital as businesses do. Professor Alava starts with the overall value of an organization and builds a comprehensive model, which includes several different capitals. We will study for example human capital and structural capital. At the end, listen carefully to students' discussions on how to make deposits to knowledge capital, attitude capital, application capital, and social capital.
