In the first lecture, students discuss about Dimmock and Walker's article. Please pay attention to their comments. Dimmock and Walker suggest the leaders should focus on the whole school plan which is a new approach in strategic planning. Individual coginitives styles have a strong influence on the strategic planning at the top management level. Constant change is not good for an organisation. However, constant learning will increase people's awareness of the mega trends and be proactive to the changes.
