This lecture is about knowledge, knowledge management and knowledge conversion. In the beginning we learn an important developmental path on how data transforms into information; information to knowledge; and finally how knowledge transforms into wisdom. Last, professor Alava introduces Nonaka & Takeuchi's model of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge.
