Lecture 3 Classics of organizational change; Lewin and Greiner

In lecture three we get to know in detail the famous model by Larry Greiner. This model explains the evolution of an organization through alternating periods of growth and crises. At the end of the lecture you will also have the possibility to reflect on your own experiences on a case of your choosing. To do this, be prepared to pause the video at the 16’50’’ mark for a while. Make some observation onto your Reflective Report, and then listen the rest the video.
