In lectures one and two in this session we learn a lot about models and frameworks of change. We also discussed in detail the characteristics of transformational leadership. In this last session we focus into the human element in change. In many cases this is the key in succeeding in change efforts, because now we are dealing with possible change resistance and strong emotions at the workplace. These are phenomena that most often we have not had any training or experience earlier; so it is very important to learn what change resistance really is and why it occurs. Also it is important to understand the interplay between emotions and actions.
