Lecture 2 From organizational development to organizational transformation

To confront change in theory and practice we need to understand several aspects of leadership and other disciplines. This lecture begins emphasizing the complexity of change phenomenon. After that we describe the origins of organizational behaviour (OB) movement, its development into organizational transformation (OT) approaches. We also get familiar with two very important frameworks called double-loop learning and force field analyses.
