The course EDLS 840 consists of three different learning sessions. A session usually covers a focused topic of the courses main theme as determined by the lecturer. The sessions are different: some emphasize lectures, and readings, some other might be a recording on student discussions for you to reflect on.

This course belongs to the module of advanced leadership studies. It means that is more theoretically oriented, is somewhat more demanding due to the readings, which consist of research articles. Also the assignments require both own previous experience form a position of an educational leader and capacity to an in-depth analyses.

There will be individual work and assignments, group discussions, and personal reflective reporting. Please follow carefully the instructions in the beginning of each session and each lecture.
