Lecture 1 Why renewal and change; why learn?

Lecture 1 Why renewal and change; why learn?

We begin the lecture by observing that there is no such thing as “leading or managing change”. There is, however, an important notion of ‘leading people in change’. After that we discuss why most change efforts fail (although we might think otherwise). We conclude the lecture by introducing the goals and focus in change.
