In Lecture 10 Saku introduces the headship preparatory programmes in Scotland. He starts with a historical review of the headership development. Listen carefully to the training target group and content in each period. In the last part of the presentation, Saku mentions that in the future the headship training programmes should involve more school leaders. As to the non-university training programmes, they need more critical thinking in the training content.
