Session 1 consists of five lectures. You will start with the course overview to get familiar with the course path, assignment, requirements and learning outcomes. In Lecture 2, you will learn the educational institutions as leadership arenas. Lecture 3 and 4 continue with the group discussions focusing on the challenges faced by school leaders. In the last lecture, you will review the leadership theories.
