Guidance and counselling policies and practices are different at different age of the students as well as in different levels of education. In this lecture we will learn more details of about guidance and counselling in comprehensive and upper secondary schools. In lecture no. 3 we get to know of the issue in vocational schools and universities. Pay special attention to when the lecturer explains the role and format of a new website called TET-Tori in Finnish. It means a “Workplace Agora – open forum” for anyone. You may reflect on your diary if something like this might be useful in your country/region, too.
