Cristina and Silja:

Friday started with the introduction of local entrepreneurs and tasting their products. Our guests told that they loved to taste different juices, mulled wine and marmalades because the products were quite new to them. Especially honey was their favorite.
There were some other products also on display to see and we were given an interesting lecture about mushrooms and bees.
Finally we prepared ourselves candles from beeswax. We were a little disappointed because it took such a short time to make them, but it was still fun doing it with our new friends.
After that we started cooking using the fresh fish caught by a local entrepreneur. The fish tasted good and it was a rare experience to taste fish from a lake.
