In this session of this course deals with orienting us towards the future. In session one we started with the classical writes and learned about their perspectives abouyt leadership and organizations. Then, in later sessions we followed the development of thought in leadership and management. Now it is time look towards the future using the notion of visionary leadership. In this session we discuss about the role and power of visionary thinking, and we also learn the various steps in a visionary process.
