During this lecture we get detailed guidelines in order to formulate the vision for our organization. In doing so, we need to remember that writing a vision statement is a lot more than just writing the vision statement. It is often a lengthy process, and in lectures 3, 4 and 5 we learn more about this process, which actually is the visionary thinking process.
