This session deals with core elements of organizational behaviour and organizational operations. We discuss in some detail the notions of systems, structures, culture, and power. We learn some theoretical notions by important classical writers and we also learn how to apply these constructs in practice in real life in order to develop our organizations. The assignment related to this session is to analyze one organization you know with the notions (structure, culture, and power presented in the lectures; it might be useful, that already at this phase you begin to think about an organization you might wish to analyze. There will be time later to make your final decision.
