Culture is one of the most important – and intriguing – notions in the organization. It is also a difficult notion because it is not matter nor something that you can take into your hand and look at it. Culture is something that we can sense in the organization on the way people behave. In this lecture we learn some definitions of organizational culture and we also learn tools and techniques to study and develop culture.
