Lecture 5 Individual cognitive profiles

Lecture 5 Individual cognitive profiles

In Lecture 5 students discuss their own cognitive profiles. You can see their personal profiles reflecting different dominances. Pay attention to how the students also analyze how their dominance work in practice. In the last part of the lecture, Professor Alava also discusses a special case in the profile – that of top managers in the organization. Surprisingly, we learn that top managers have no special dominance, all four areas in the profile are very close to each other.

Then, add a short commentary how you have seen your own dominances working at the workplace. Also, later comment to the writings of your colleagues as seen fit.
