Lecture 1 What are structures and systems?
Lecture 1 discusses the "hardware" of the organization: structures and systems. According to the research, creativity is closely connected to the work environment. The system includes techniques, human resource, official and unofficial management work collectively. Please note that most structural factors can either enhance or hinder the innovation.
