Session 5 consists of 2 lectures. (The first 3 lectures including students' discussions on 3 articles related to organizational creativity and innovation are not part of this course at this time.) In Lecture 4 you will learn the benefits of team creativity. Furthermore, in the last lecture of the session, you will learn the 4-dimension model on developing team creativity.
