Lecture 1 Change triggers and change resistance

Lecture 1 Change triggers and change resistance

In the first lecture we learn that change can be triggered by either negative or positive aspects (called triggers). Then we discuss an important framework called transition curve which describes the human reactions to change. At the end of the lecture you will have the opportunity to think about different reasons for change resistance. Be prepared to do a short assignment. Pause the video at 21’ mark, do the assessment instructed in the video, and after that, listen the lecture to the end and see what other people thought about it.
