In Lecture 4 students discuss special education in Finland and other countries. Inclusive education seems to be an important philosophy in Finland. Students give examples of special education in their own countries. In conclusion, it is agreed that inclusive education should not just be a superficial structural change but that there should be a fundamental change in people's mindsets on the differences between people.
