Session 6, which consists of 3 lectures, continues the sessions deepening the concept of teacher leadership according to Murphy (2005). The main focus of this session falls on chapters 4 - 5. You will go deeper into the skills, attributes, and knowledge required for teacher leadership. Furthermore, you will learn about the pathways to teacher leadership. Students share their experience during the discussions and Lecturer Risku some examples of teacher leadership in the Finnish context.
