Lecture 2 One leader syndrome

Lecture 2 One leader syndrome

In Lecture 2 Professor Alava introduces the one leader syndrome. History shows that in many cases leadership is linked to one single person in the organisation. However, in today's world, one man's knowledge is not sufficient to lead a group. We need a community of leaders. Therefore, we should change our traditional way of thinking and challenge the one leader syndrome.
