Professor Lämsä begins the third lecture with a quick recap to some major historical researchers and writers, who have had a major impact in the development of management and leadership. You will hear about the work of Taylor, Yukl, and Fayol. At the end of the lecture she will talk about some of the difficulties and contradictions on making research in leadership.
