Liverpool
Today I woke up at 8am and left for school at 8:30am. When I got to school, the big group of Comenius students went to catch the train to Hamilton Square in Birkenhead where we got off and went to get the ferry across the Mersey from Seacombe to Liverpool. I really enjoyed the ferry journey because it was so cool to be on a big boat and I’ve never been on a ferry like it before. When we got off the ferry, we went to the Maritime Museum. We saw a model of the Titanic boat and read different stories about the Titanic. We also saw some of the recovered clothes from the sailors of Titanic, we found it very interesting. After that we went shopping, it was fun but I got lost for a while but I found my friends in the end! When we finished shopping we met with the Comenius group again and went back to West Kirby on the train where we met our hosts and went home for the evening. Wided Amoun |
Liverpool
Today we woke up at 8, and it was really exciting because we were about to go to Liverpool. We took the train and the ferry. The weather was so nice, sunny. First we went to the submarine museum. We saw a lot of things, like the mini Titanic, and we learnt so much about the life of the capitains, sailors, and a lot about the ships. Then we had a lot of free time- about 4 hours. The inside of the Liverpool specially the shopping road.
