In lecture 5 teacher election is discussed as an aspect of teacher leadership. The focus is on whether teachers should be included in electing teachers to the school or not. During the discussion various other topics concerning teacher recruitment emerge and are discussed from the points of view of the students’ national contexts and own experiences.
