In the last lecture of the session, Professor Alava summarizes the team development process. There are many elements to take into consideration in team development: organization strategy, group analysis, team dynamics, external relations, culture, commitment, and learning. The leader's role also evolves in accordance to the improvement of the team readiness. Shared leadership/ distributed leadership can be realized in a self-directed team.
